Senior Projektmanager overseeing SharePoint On-Premises projects for a large authority. Focusing on document management and collaboration platform implementations across the organization.
Responsibilities
Responsible planning, coordination and execution of subprojects within the document management program
Mapping and maintenance of the subproject in MS Project, SharePoint and Atlassian Jira
Subproject controlling with regard to schedules, milestones, requirements, budget and deliverables
Management of dependencies, changes, configurations and risks
Stakeholder management and resolution of goal and interest conflicts
Committee work, communication and reporting
Administrative tasks (scheduling coordination, quality assurance, onboarding/offboarding, list maintenance)
Preparation of guidance/specification documents and support to project leadership on special topics
Requirements
Completed degree in (business) informatics/computer science, IT bachelor’s degree or recognized IT vocational training (alternatively 6 years of relevant IT professional experience)
At least 5 years of project management experience in medium to large, complex IT projects
Excellent German (C1 CEFR)
Solid hands-on experience with MS Project, Jira, SharePoint and the full Microsoft Office suite
Demonstrable experience in classic project controlling (schedules, milestones, budget, risks)
Confident stakeholder and conflict management in large organizations
High reliability, structured working style and very good coordination skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
