Responsibilities
You coordinate and manage our deal pipeline in HubSpot
You assist with scheduling, preparing and coordinating customer meetings (online & by phone)
You prepare sales materials and presentations (templates provided)
You ensure smooth back-office operations – from CRM maintenance to quote creation
You administratively support our existing customers and assist with onboarding and inquiries
You work closely with management, support and the product team
Requirements
Initial experience in inside sales, customer service or a commercial/administrative role
You enjoy organizing and keeping track of appointments and processes
Confident use of digital tools (e.g. email, Excel; ideally CRM systems such as HubSpot)
Friendly, structured and reliable working style
Good verbal and written communication skills
No technical expertise required – we provide thorough onboarding
Optional: experience in the automotive sector or software environment
