About the role

  • Sales Executive focusing on agricultural solutions for coffee, orange, and soybean farmers. Engaging with producers and supporting the sales process through innovative polinization methods.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with producers based on trust and a clear understanding of their needs.
  • Identify opportunities, convert leads, and ensure customer retention.
  • Provide tailored, consultative solutions to pollination challenges.
  • Collaborate with Field Development and Operations teams to deliver the best customer experience.
  • Represent Beeflow’s value proposition to producers and beekeepers.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and producer meetings to promote Beeflow.
  • Support commercial negotiations, including contracts, pricing, and invoicing.
  • Contribute to sales planning and forecasting (S&OP).
  • Use CRM tools to manage the sales funnel and ensure deal closure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in agricultural sciences, management, or production.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in agronomic consulting or direct consultative sales.
  • Prior experience launching new agricultural products or services in specialty crop markets.
  • Existing network of contacts among Arabica coffee, orange, and soybean producers.
  • Residence within an 80 km radius of Linhares (ES).
  • Resilient, adaptable, and motivated by challenges.
  • Highly proficient in common computer applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Availability to travel up to 60% of the time, with up to 15% requiring overnight stays.
  • Able to drive during both day and night.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Self-motivated; able to work independently while collaborating with the team.
  • Results-oriented.
  • Experience designing field trials, testing, and interpreting results.
  • Basic understanding of finance and agribusiness.
