Responsibilities

  • Drive Lead Conversions - Turn new marketing qualified leads into exciting sales opportunities by maximizing each interaction through excellent discovery and client engagement.
  • Build your pipeline - Proactively prospect and network to create a robust pipeline of sales opportunities through outbound calls and strategic outreach.
  • Achieve Sales Targets - Take ownership of your annual sales target and develop innovative plans to exceed expectations.
  • Manage Leads Effectively - Handle new leads promptly and professionally, ensuring a smooth process that maximizes conversion rates.
  • Maintain Pipeline Health - Engage in consistent prospecting to ensure a healthy pipeline, keeping your sales goals within reach.

Requirements

  • A results-driven individual with a passion for sales and a proven track record in lead management.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with clients to understand their needs.
  • A proactive mindset, eager to build relationships and explore new opportunities.
  • Industrial / Technical background (Engineering, Manufacturing, Technology).
  • Experience in outbound sales and pipeline management is a plus.
