Responsibilities
Responsible for direct and indirect sales (through distributors)
Commercialization of orthopedic products (knee and hip prostheses)
Management of the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, proposal preparation and closing
Participation in hospital standardization processes
Continuous interface with distributors and hospital stakeholders
Technical support in operating rooms, providing guidance, product demonstrations and assisting with procedures when required
Demand generation with physicians and nursing teams, ensuring correct product use
Participation in events, trainings and medical congresses
Requirements
Experience with orthopedic implant lines (knee and hip)
Surgical instrumentation
Distributor management
Relationship building with physicians, nursing staff, hospital buyers and other stakeholders
Valid driver's license (Category B) — required
Education: Bachelor's degree (completed)
Background as a surgical instrument technician will be considered a plus
English intermediate or advanced (differential)
