Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for the bar's day-to-day operations
  • Leading and motivating the bar team
  • Ensuring an outstanding guest experience and high service quality
  • Developing and maintaining the beverage and cocktail menu
  • Responsible for inventory management, purchasing, and stocktaking
  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
  • Active participation in daily operational work

Requirements

  • Completed training in upscale hospitality and prior experience in a comparable position
  • Strong strategic and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to motivate employees authentically, effectively, and sustainably
  • High curiosity and creativity, with a continuous openness to new ideas and trends
  • Very good German and English skills
