About the role

  • Sales Representative responsible for generating leads, contacting customers, and closing sales deals for Bridgestone products. Duties include achieving sales targets and conducting regular customer visits.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, presenting products or services, and closing sales deals.
  • Achieve sales targets and implement agreed sales action plans.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Promote the full range of company products and services.
  • Conduct regular customer visits using a high-frequency call strategy.
  • Handle customer complaints and claims effectively and professionally.
  • Follow up with customers on retreads, surveys, and scrap reports.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing, signed delivery documents, and daily banking.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards and ensure safe handling of goods.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements

  • Post matric qualification.
  • Code 8 driver’s license.
  • 3 years’ experience in a similar environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Time management.
  • Report writing skills.
