People Administrator handling People & Culture processes in North America. Responsible for employee data maintenance and supporting administrative tasks for HR workflows across Workday.
Responsibilities
Process employee lifecycle transactions (hires, changes, leaves, exits) across North America in Workday and local systems
Manage all administrative steps of onboarding and offboarding
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records in the US and Canada
Coordinate workforce changes with PBP and managers to ensure timely payroll submissions
Support recurring People & Culture processes such as policy acknowledgements, leave checks, contract renewals, and probation tracking
Propose automation opportunities to reduce manual work
Contribute to the implementation of new time-tracking and payroll systems
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper structure of all North America employee master data
Conduct regular data audits and resolve discrepancies
Act as the first point of contact for People & Culture administrative requests
Ensure P&C processes comply with employment laws in the US and Canada
Maintain organized, complete, and audit‑ready employee files
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR, Labour Relations, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of People & Culture administrative or coordinator experience in a multi-site or multi-country environment
Working knowledge of employment documentation and core People & Culture compliance requirements across the US and Canada
Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
Strong attention to detail; organized and process-oriented
Solid understanding of data privacy
English required; Spanish or French is an asset
