About the role

  • People Development Specialist managing HR training processes at Yooz, a leader in document management with AI. Focus on training organization and career development projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end training process: collect and process data, liaise with relevant stakeholders, design, optimize and deploy the training plan.
  • Organize training activities and secure funding (including OPCO).
  • Monitor and follow up on projects related to career development.
  • Organize various campaigns managed via the HRIS (for example, annual performance reviews).
  • Support miscellaneous projects related to HR department activities.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and deploy HR processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable using an HRIS.
  • Autonomous, persistent, and passionate about IT.
