HR Consultant responsible for payroll systems and legal compliance. Ensuring efficiency and accuracy in HR technology solutions for business operations.
Responsibilities
Support the migration of the LG suite (on-premises) to the cloud environment, ensuring continuity of processes, operational efficiency and adherence to best practices;
Perform configurations and parameterizations in the FPW system and HR Portal, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and internal policies;
Configure and maintain payroll events (earnings and deductions), ensuring correct incidence of contributions such as INSS, IRRF and FGTS, as well as calculations for vacation pay and 13th salary (thirteenth month);
Adjust and develop calculation formulas in the system, taking into account collective agreements (ACTs/CCTs) and operation-specific rules;
Manage and maintain the organizational structure in the system, including cost centers, auxiliary tables, organizational charts and payroll charge parameterizations;
Support and validate the processing of payroll routines (monthly, vacation, terminations and 13th salary), ensuring consistency and accuracy of data;
Develop and analyze management and operational reports (via FPW and/or SQL) for audits, reconciliations and decision support;
Ensure data consistency through validations and preventive checklists before payroll closing;
Act as technical focal point (Level 2) for the payroll team, assisting with resolution of complex queries and translating business rules into system solutions;
Interact with IT teams to sustain the environment, including monitoring updates, patches, system performance and access management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Administration, Information Technology or related fields);
Experience with monthly and annual payroll routines;
Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation;
Experience applying and adjusting Collective Labor Agreements (ACTs) and Collective Bargaining Agreements (CCTs);
Experience with eSocial routines;
Knowledge of databases and SQL queries;
Experience with configuration/parameterization in the LG Sistemas suite (on-premises);
Experience with tools such as FPW, FPW Reports, Myway Designer and LG eSocial.
