About the role

  • Territory Manager driving sales growth for BD's biosurgery products in healthcare settings. Fostering relationships and achieving sales targets across Milwaukee and Madison, WI.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, clinicians, materials management, and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, provide on-site technical support, and deliver comprehensive training to ensure effective utilization of BD's products.
  • Achieve sales targets and profitability goals within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base and driving revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including District Managers, fellow Territory Managers, and internal stakeholders, to drive strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline required.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of successful sales experience required, preferably in the medical device or operating room environment.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Willingness to work in an operating room environment.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver's license and meet BD's auto safety standards.
