About the role

  • Account Executive driving sales and services for BD's MedTech solutions with a focus on customer satisfaction. Responsible for building relationships and managing long sales cycles in various states.

Responsibilities

  • Driving sales and services to new and existing customers
  • Improving customer value and satisfaction by aligning complex product solutions and services with key customer initiatives
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers or potential influencers
  • Managing a longer sales cycle
  • Demonstrating knowledge of BD and customer industry,
  • Effectively negotiating and collaborating with customers and colleagues

Requirements

  • 2-3 years successful medical equipment sales
  • Ability to lead a long sales cycle
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license with 3 years of consecutive driving history and meet BD’s auto safety standards
  • Capital sales experience is preferred
  • Experience working with Pharmacy, IT, Nursing, C-suite call point
