Partner Account Specialist managing partner accounts and providing training at BCM One, a telecom provider. Collaborating across teams to drive revenue growth in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
Learn and perform key functions within the Revenue team such as product demonstrations, solution-selling, partner training, and account management.
Assist Revenue teams in daily business activities and special projects as requested.
Track and maintain activity and records through CRM tools.
Triage calls and emails from partners, addressing issues and escalating to others in a timely manner.
Build and manage reports on key metrics to measure effectiveness and utility.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in a customer facing role
Experience in the telecom industry is a plus
Experience with CRM platforms is desired (Hubspot or similar)
Administrative skills that include setting appointments and webinar/web demonstration
Knowledgeable in social media for business - LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc
Adept at seeing situations through the eyes of others, understanding their needs, challenges, and concerns
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high attention to detail
Strong organizational skills with ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
