Responsibilities
Own the development and continuous improvement of regional performance intelligence, ensuring reporting translates into clear decisions and prioritized actions.
Manages and continuously improves reporting tools that assess regional distributor performance, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and business impact.
Owns the creation and delivery of business reviews with actionable insights for Tier 1 & 2 distributors, enabling Regional Vice Presidents and the Sales Team to make informed strategic decisions.
Proactively identifies opportunities to enhance reporting processes and aligns recommendations with evolving business needs.
Serves as a strategic partner to the Regional Vice President, proactively delivering insights that shape regional strategies and drive sales performance.
Monitors key sales metrics, assessing regional market performance and collaborating with Sales leadership to implement data-backed improvements.
Leads monthly performance analysis, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring accountability for achieving regional KPIs.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree Business, Analytics, Finance, or related field
3-5 Years of experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG), retail, and/or product distribution with exposure to DSD route-to-market model
Demonstrated experience influencing business decisions beyond reporting
Proficiency with VIP, DOMO or other visualization tools
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
Highly motivated individual with strong problem-solving and analytical skill
