Responsibilities
- Lead the design and continuous improvement of efficient hiring processes and sourcing strategies
- Leverage sourcing channels to attract talent, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to evaluate and identify the best talent for open roles
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate and stakeholder experience
- Advise, train and coach hiring managers
- Build strategic partnerships with hiring managers offering insights on market trends
- Prepare and present regular department specific reports and retros on talent acquisition metrics and performance
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in a relevant HR field or equivalent
- 5+ years experience working within an RPO environment or in-house talent acquisition function
- Proven experience working effectively with and managing multiple business stakeholders at all levels
- Strong sourcing and hiring process facilitation skills
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and best practise for utilisation
- Exposure to reporting and making data driven decisions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
