About the role

  • Senior Talent Partner focusing on efficient hiring processes and stakeholder management within a talent acquisition team in Cape Town, South Africa.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and continuous improvement of efficient hiring processes and sourcing strategies
  • Leverage sourcing channels to attract talent, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to evaluate and identify the best talent for open roles
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate and stakeholder experience
  • Advise, train and coach hiring managers
  • Build strategic partnerships with hiring managers offering insights on market trends
  • Prepare and present regular department specific reports and retros on talent acquisition metrics and performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in a relevant HR field or equivalent
  • 5+ years experience working within an RPO environment or in-house talent acquisition function
  • Proven experience working effectively with and managing multiple business stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong sourcing and hiring process facilitation skills
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and best practise for utilisation
  • Exposure to reporting and making data driven decisions
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
