  • Call Center Associate responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional service. Engage with customers by directing calls and resolving concerns at Proctor Loan Protector.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling incoming phone calls
  • Utilize company policies to solve customer concerns
  • Direct calls to the managerial team when necessary
  • First point of contact for customer inquiries
  • Provide excellent customer service to meet the needs of clients

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Exceptional telephone demeanor
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Quality Scores of 95% or higher
