About the role

  • Shape and execute the full marketing strategy for KEAN – from brand positioning to campaign delivery.
  • Lead the creative direction for branding, storytelling, and visual identity across all materials.
  • Handle media relations, partnerships, and PR presence locally and internationally.
  • Oversee all marketing channels: digital, social, print, PR, and events.
  • Coordinate marketing budgets, timelines, and performance reports.
  • Partner with sales and leadership to align marketing with business goals and revenue targets.
  • Champion innovation: explore fresh ideas, speak to authenticity, and set collaborations that elevate the project’s market presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 6+ years of experience leading marketing in real estate, luxury, or hospitality sectors.
  • Proven record of building brands that resonate emotionally and commercially.
  • Strategic thinker with creative instinct and operational discipline.
  • Exceptional communication skills and leadership presence.
  • Fluent in English; Greek and/or Russian an advantage.
