Responsibilities

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
6+ years of experience leading marketing in real estate, luxury, or hospitality sectors.
Proven record of building brands that resonate emotionally and commercially.
Strategic thinker with creative instinct and operational discipline.
Exceptional communication skills and leadership presence.
Fluent in English; Greek and/or Russian an advantage.
