About the role

  • Workday HR Systems Manager responsible for managing Workday Reporting and Integrations. Collaborating across HR and corporate technologies to ensure efficient operations in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Workday custom reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite)
  • Build and optimize dashboards for HR, business leaders, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting
  • Translate HR, Finance, and business requirements into actionable reports
  • Support compliance reporting, including audits and regulatory needs (GDPR, EEO, local labor laws)
  • Design, build, test, and maintain integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio
  • Manage and troubleshoot inbound and outbound integrations with third-party systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, recruiting)
  • Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors on integration projects and issue resolution
  • Provide technical expertise on Workday configuration changes related to reporting and integrations
  • Participate in Workday release testing and assess impacts on reports and integrations
  • Document processes, configurations, and integration flows for knowledge sharing
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve data accessibility

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Workday Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and Workday Integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio)
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and collaboration with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders
  • Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance (GDPR, EEO, local labor regulations)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience troubleshooting integrations
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Adaptability to new system releases, tools, and processes
  • Nice to Have Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and/or BIRT reporting
  • Familiarity with other HRIS systems or cloud-based platforms
  • Background in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Experience working in an international environment with complex compliance requirements
  • Certification in Workday Reporting or Integrations.
