Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for all recruitment queries
Manage job postings across multiple platforms
Support the creation of social media adverts
Coordinate the full interview process
Provide high-quality administrative support across the recruitment function
Manage inboxes, candidate communications, job boards, and key recruitment projects, such as the Graduate Scheme
Additional duties will include raising purchase orders, processing expenses, and preparing weekly interview schedules
Play an active role in enhancing our processes, producing recruitment reports using ATS data and Excel, and contributing ideas for continuous improvement
Requirements
Experience of working in a customer/stakeholder administrative role
Experience working with an ATS or HR
Experience working in a role which requires a high level of organisation, meeting deadlines, and having a sense of urgency when required
Has a good working knowledge of recruitment
Intermediate Excel Knowledge
Experience of working within recruitment, OR Experience of working in a HR Department in and administrative role
