Requirements
A BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
Native-level fluency in Norwegian (C2)
High proficiency in English
Experience with major digital products like Google Ads, AdSense, or YouTube is a major advantage
Exceptional communication, time management, and data-analysis skills
Data-driven critical reasoning, a solution-focused "can-do" attitude, and high emotional intelligence
