About the role

  • Brand Experience & Campaign Manager creating and implementing campaigns for BARFER’S. Collaborating across teams to enhance brand presence and community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Execution of cross-brand campaigns (B2C & B2B) from planning through reporting
  • Management of all brand projects within the team – from D2C retail store activations and B2B store launches to new product activations
  • Development and implementation of concepts for sampling activities, field marketing, and community appearances
  • Planning, execution, and analysis of events, partnerships, POS activations, and B2B activations
  • Supporting our B2B team in acquiring new locations through compelling presentations and case materials
  • Close collaboration with Brand, B2B, Retail, Social, and Performance teams
  • Coordination with B2B & Retail to deploy local activations
  • Management of external partners and service providers
  • Prioritization and coordination of multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • Measuring campaign success using clear KPIs
  • Documentation and continuous optimization of our brand activations

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in brand marketing, campaign management, or project management in a fast-paced environment (D2C, FMCG, retail, or agency)
  • Strong project management skills – you keep things on track, prioritize confidently, and maintain oversight even with concurrent projects
  • Native-level German and very good English skills
  • A deep understanding of brand, community, and creative activations
  • High creative ability and enjoyment in turning ideas into scalable projects
  • Experience with event and partnership management (advantageous)
  • A genuine passion for dogs and cats
  • Enjoyment of cross-functional work and close coordination with many stakeholders
