Responsibilities
You are part of our sales team and help lay the foundation for sustainable customer relationships.
Maintain our CRM system (Pipedrive) – create entries, structure data, keep information up to date
Contact potential customers (no cold calling; working with qualified leads)
Support preparation of meetings and sales materials
Follow up on dormant leads
Assist with onboarding of new customers
Participate in selected customer meetings on-site or remotely
Support upselling potential analyses and internal sales reporting
Requirements
You are a registered student — preferably in a business-related or communications-related degree program
You work in a structured and reliable way and have a good sense for communication
You enjoy talking to people — by phone, email, or in person
Some practical experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required
You are comfortable with digital tools and can quickly learn new systems
Interest in modern technologies, SaaS, or AI solutions is desirable but not required
