About the role

  • Junior Customer Success Analyst responsible for B2B client management at Amcham Brasil. Engaging in a dynamic environment to achieve successful outcomes for various enterprises.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients (small, medium, and large enterprises)
  • Manage targets and performance/results
  • Conduct renewal follow-ups
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Lead and facilitate meetings
  • Interact with internal teams (events and content, finance, sponsorship, etc.)
  • Participate in events, committees, and seminars

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience in customer service and relationship management
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model – on-site 3x per week
  • Proactive, curious, and engaged to meet targets and deliver results
  • Flexible and dynamic when interacting and negotiating with companies across multiple sectors
  • Motivated by challenges
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Clear and objective written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work constructively and respectfully in a team to achieve shared goals
