About the role

  • Analyzing processes and implementing improvement initiatives in Check Operations at Bank of America. Engaging with partners to drive solutions and ensure compliance within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing processes and documenting business case opportunities
  • Implementing process improvement/transformation initiatives in support of Operational Excellence objectives
  • Executing on change initiatives which may result in cost efficiencies, quality, productivity, and risk mitigation
  • Collaborating with business leaders and subject matter experts
  • Driving execution of solutions within the budget and timeline

Requirements

  • 5+ years of process engineering and implementation experience
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Executive presence and ability to lead meetings, including meetings with executive participants
  • Strong Process Design and/or Project Management Background
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated success working in Matrix organization
  • Proficient in problem analysis and solution design
