About the role
- Project manager overseeing process management for major infrastructures in the Netherlands. Experience in DBFM contracts with a focus on maintenance phase is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Eindverantwoordelijk zijn voor de projectbeheersing van toonaangevende infrastructuur
- De regisseur van het proces zijn en mensen aansteken in taken en verantwoordelijkheden
- Uitvoeren van diverse audits op het onderhoudsproject
- Onderhoud een duurzame relatie met de manager projectbeheersing van de opdrachtgever
Requirements
- Ambitie om het beste uit jezelf en je team te halen
- Ervaring met procesmanagement
- Ervaring met DBFM-contracten, met name de Maintenance fase, is een pré
- Gewend om het gesprek aan te gaan met de opdrachtgever over de proces beheersing
- Kwaliteitsnormeringen (zoals ISO 55000 en ISO 15504) kennen voor jou geen geheimen
- Sensitiviteit voor de omgeving waarin jij werkzaam bent
- Ervaring met Asset Management
