About the role

  • Technical Customer Success Manager enhancing customer relationships and ensuring success with Baker Hughes Cordant™ Solutions. Utilizes expertise in Engineering and strong client advocacy for business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and enhance customer relationships for adoption and value realization
  • Provide expertise in customer success and growth in the post-sales lifecycle
  • Liaise with clients to understand technical challenges and offer solutions
  • Identify opportunities for client up-sale/side-sale across Baker Hughes Cordant™ Solutions

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • 10+ years of experience in Engineering/Technology
  • Expertise in Asset Management, Reliability, and Maintenance
  • Experience with System 1™, similar vibration diagnostic software, or APM solutions
  • Experience in building strong client relationships and advocating for their success
  • Problem-solving through solutions development
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
