Customer Success Engineer supporting clients with technical issues related to Attribution product. Collaborating across teams to enable client success and improve internal tools.
Responsibilities
Analyze, reproduce, and troubleshoot client issues related to the Attribution product
Work closely with our Customer Success, Product Management, Data Science, and Engineering teams to unblock clients and resolve any issues they are facing
Serve as a primary technical point of contact for customers, and engage with other internal teams as needed
Own and be an expert on internal tools and analysis
Collaborate with other teams to develop new tools as needed to make your, and their, jobs more efficient
Requirements
B.Sc. in a technical field such as computer science, or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in support/solutions/sales engineering or similar roles
2+ years of experience working with SQL (we use Postgres, Hive, Athena) and Python (Pandas, PySpark)
1+ years of experience with shell scripting
1+ years of experience with at least one other programming language (Scala or Java preferred)
Competent at reading and understanding code
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including being adept at translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences, and vice versa
A sense of curiosity and an interest in “figuring things out”
Solid data analysis and troubleshooting skills, experience with notebooks (Databricks, Jupyter, etc) for analysis is a major plus
