About the role

  • Customer Success Engineer supporting clients with technical issues related to Attribution product. Collaborating across teams to enable client success and improve internal tools.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, reproduce, and troubleshoot client issues related to the Attribution product
  • Work closely with our Customer Success, Product Management, Data Science, and Engineering teams to unblock clients and resolve any issues they are facing
  • Serve as a primary technical point of contact for customers, and engage with other internal teams as needed
  • Own and be an expert on internal tools and analysis
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop new tools as needed to make your, and their, jobs more efficient

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in a technical field such as computer science, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in support/solutions/sales engineering or similar roles
  • 2+ years of experience working with SQL (we use Postgres, Hive, Athena) and Python (Pandas, PySpark)
  • 1+ years of experience with shell scripting
  • 1+ years of experience with at least one other programming language (Scala or Java preferred)
  • Competent at reading and understanding code
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including being adept at translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences, and vice versa
  • A sense of curiosity and an interest in “figuring things out”
  • Solid data analysis and troubleshooting skills, experience with notebooks (Databricks, Jupyter, etc) for analysis is a major plus
