About the role

  • Technical Inside Sales responsible for Data-Center-Sales at BACHMANN in Stuttgart. Collaborates with internal teams and customers to develop solutions and manage projects.

Responsibilities

  • Your day-to-day work takes place in Data Center Sales inside sales
  • Work closely with field sales and various internal stakeholders
  • Handle telephone and written inquiries from IT managers, electrical specialists, or planners
  • Analyze requirements and develop appropriate solution approaches with customers
  • Support projects from the initial inquiry through to the decision
  • Record all relevant information in the CRM system Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Work in a buddy model with field sales, product management and services

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, project business, or in a consulting/advisory role
  • Basic technical understanding and curiosity, ideally from an IT or electrical engineering background
  • Enjoy listening, understanding contexts, and working with people
  • A structured working style, strong communication skills, empathy and team spirit are important
  • You have strong German (C1) and English (B2) skills, both written and spoken
  • Understanding of IT rack setup and protection mechanisms is advantageous
