About the role

  • Sales Manager Workspace expanding workspace business in the Berlin region. Focus on client engagement, project acquisition, and strategic market growth.

Responsibilities

  • You will further expand our workspace business in the Berlin region—with passion, a hands-on mentality, and genuine sales drive.
  • You will be the main point of contact for architects, planners, furniture manufacturers, specialist retailers, and large end clients, bringing our innovative solutions into exciting projects.
  • Maintain and grow an existing network and actively acquire new customers.
  • Project acquisition & deal closing — you identify opportunities and turn them into wins.
  • Present our workspace solutions to partners, architects, and end clients.
  • Conduct product trainings and participate in regional events and trade shows.
  • Plan your week, appointments, and market strategy independently.
  • Market analysis, competitor monitoring, and active input on products & pricing.
  • Close collaboration with Inside Sales, Product Management & Marketing.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or technical/vocational training
  • Experience in project business (processes, decision-makers, stakeholders)
  • Strong sales personality with high closing ability and a focus on sustainable relationship building
  • High self-initiative, strong organizational skills, and enjoyment of working in the field
  • Driving license class B
