Responsibilities
You will further expand our workspace business in the Berlin region—with passion, a hands-on mentality, and genuine sales drive.
You will be the main point of contact for architects, planners, furniture manufacturers, specialist retailers, and large end clients, bringing our innovative solutions into exciting projects.
Maintain and grow an existing network and actively acquire new customers.
Project acquisition & deal closing — you identify opportunities and turn them into wins.
Present our workspace solutions to partners, architects, and end clients.
Conduct product trainings and participate in regional events and trade shows.
Plan your week, appointments, and market strategy independently.
Market analysis, competitor monitoring, and active input on products & pricing.
Close collaboration with Inside Sales, Product Management & Marketing.
Requirements
Completed commercial or technical/vocational training
Experience in project business (processes, decision-makers, stakeholders)
Strong sales personality with high closing ability and a focus on sustainable relationship building
High self-initiative, strong organizational skills, and enjoyment of working in the field
Driving license class B
