  • Recruitment & Retention Coordinator managing caregiver recruitment and retention strategies at Babette Home Care. Building partnerships and analyzing turnover for innovative staffing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Craft forward-thinking strategies to attract top caregivers
  • Create programs that make them want to stay and thrive
  • Write SEO-rich job posts and manage targeted ads on caregiver and CNA boards
  • Build partnerships with CNA/nursing schools, workforce centers, veteran groups, and faith-based organizations
  • Host virtual and in-person job fairs, school presentations, and “Day-in-the-Life” open houses
  • Analyze turnover data and recommend perks, pay differentials, or mentoring initiatives

Requirements

  • 2–3 + years in recruiting or HR—home-care or healthcare staffing a big plus
  • Proven success reducing turnover or boosting employee engagement
  • Proficiency with ATS/HRIS platforms (ClearCare/WellSky, Paycom, Workday, etc.)
  • Confident presenter and relationship-builder—comfortable at career fairs and community events
  • Organized multitasker who meets strict deadlines without losing the human touch.
