About the role

  • Regional Desktop Support Analyst providing second-line technical support and managing desktop environments. Collaborating with teams at RAF Brize Norton to support national security.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver second-line technical support to agreed Service Levels
  • Maintain and configure desktop environments across multiple sites
  • Resolve hardware and software issues for PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Support videoconferencing and LAN connectivity
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless IT operations

Requirements

  • Essential experience of the Regional Desktop Support Analyst
  • Experience working in a Service Delivery environment (ITIL processes)
  • Proven ability to meet Service Level Agreements
  • Skilled in providing 2nd Line desktop support in a Windows 10 environment
  • Ability to configure and support business-use mobile devices
  • Troubleshooting across PCs, laptops, printers, LAN, and videoconferencing systems
