Responsibilities
Deliver second-line technical support to agreed Service Levels
Maintain and configure desktop environments across multiple sites
Resolve hardware and software issues for PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
Support videoconferencing and LAN connectivity
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless IT operations
Requirements
Essential experience of the Regional Desktop Support Analyst
Experience working in a Service Delivery environment (ITIL processes)
Proven ability to meet Service Level Agreements
Skilled in providing 2nd Line desktop support in a Windows 10 environment
Ability to configure and support business-use mobile devices
Troubleshooting across PCs, laptops, printers, LAN, and videoconferencing systems
