About the role

  • Asset Administrator supporting the tracking and management of military equipment for defence operations. Collaborating with fleet and service delivery teams in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate asset information by updating Babcock IT systems and the fleet management system
  • Administer the issue and receipt of military equipment, ensuring data is consistently recorded
  • Support the wider team with customer requests and equipment status updates
  • Prioritise tasks and make informed decisions in a busy and fast paced environment
  • React to changes in demand while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and service

Requirements

  • Competent PC user with experience across Microsoft Office, Outlook, SharePoint and ERP systems
  • Experience working directly with customers
  • Ability to make rational decisions using the information available
  • Ability to prioritise work with limited resources
  • Confidence working in a changing environment and responding to evolving demands
  • Educated to Level 3 in the National Qualification Framework or equivalent, or relevant workplace experience
