Asset Administrator supporting the tracking and management of military equipment for defence operations. Collaborating with fleet and service delivery teams in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate asset information by updating Babcock IT systems and the fleet management system
Administer the issue and receipt of military equipment, ensuring data is consistently recorded
Support the wider team with customer requests and equipment status updates
Prioritise tasks and make informed decisions in a busy and fast paced environment
React to changes in demand while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and service
Requirements
Competent PC user with experience across Microsoft Office, Outlook, SharePoint and ERP systems
Experience working directly with customers
Ability to make rational decisions using the information available
Ability to prioritise work with limited resources
Confidence working in a changing environment and responding to evolving demands
Educated to Level 3 in the National Qualification Framework or equivalent, or relevant workplace experience
