Responsibilities
Independently prepare and process training contracts for all trainees and participants in the facility’s vocational preparation programs
Administrative support for the head of training
Maintain and manage participant records in the rehabilitation documentation system
Communication and correspondence with the responsible chambers (e.g., Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK); Chamber of Crafts (HWK); Office for Food, Agriculture and Forestry)
Process digital applications from the responsible funding bodies, in particular the Federal Employment Agency and youth welfare offices
Proper file management and archiving of relevant participant documents
Reconcile and invoice participant data with funding bodies
Requirements
Completed training in a commercial or administrative field or an equivalent qualification
Ideally experience in training management, rehabilitation institutions, or administration
Confident use of common IT applications
Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a high level of accuracy
Confidential handling of personal data
Willingness to work as part of a team and to take part in further training
