About the role

  • Sachbearbeiter Verwaltung for Diakonie am Campus providing administrative support and managing participant data. Focused on education contracts and collaboration with various chambers and authorities.

Responsibilities

  • Independently prepare and process training contracts for all trainees and participants in the facility’s vocational preparation programs
  • Administrative support for the head of training
  • Maintain and manage participant records in the rehabilitation documentation system
  • Communication and correspondence with the responsible chambers (e.g., Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK); Chamber of Crafts (HWK); Office for Food, Agriculture and Forestry)
  • Process digital applications from the responsible funding bodies, in particular the Federal Employment Agency and youth welfare offices
  • Proper file management and archiving of relevant participant documents
  • Reconcile and invoice participant data with funding bodies

Requirements

  • Completed training in a commercial or administrative field or an equivalent qualification
  • Ideally experience in training management, rehabilitation institutions, or administration
  • Confident use of common IT applications
  • Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a high level of accuracy
  • Confidential handling of personal data
  • Willingness to work as part of a team and to take part in further training
  • Alignment with the guiding principles and values of Diakonie Hochfranken
