About the role
- Supports retail store operations for adidas by coordinating operational services and supplier interactions. Ensures stores comply and are equipped to deliver excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Support smooth and efficient retail store operations by coordinating key operational services, supplier interactions, and internal processes.
- Ensure that stores are fully equipped, compliant, and operationally supported.
- Cooperate with retail contractors (cleaning services, security, taxi providers, etc.) on all topics related to stores’ operational support.
- Manage waste processes and support sustainability initiatives and culture in retail operations.
- Maintain and coordinate the retail uniform update and distribution process.
- Support store-related operational requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
