About the role

  • Bilingual Account Administrator supporting claims processing in various client databases for insurance services. Engaging in administrative tasks and maintaining client guidelines for efficient workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Support opening claim files in internal and external client databases and triaging claims for assignment
  • Assist with processing check requests and information inquiries
  • Provide feedback and updates for client guideline revisions
  • Participate in designing workflows to create efficiencies for client accounts and client-specific initiatives, where applicable
  • Collaborate with coordinators to ensure a smooth workflow for check/payment issuance through accurate data-entry processes
  • Review and resolve payment-related issues
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as assigning and uploading incoming mail to claim files

Requirements

  • Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills in English and French required
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage changing priorities and strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrated initiative and follow-through skills
  • Demonstrated professionalism and strong work ethic
  • Proven ability to contribute effectively in a team environment while also working independently
