Responsibilities
Support opening claim files in internal and external client databases and triaging claims for assignment
Assist with processing check requests and information inquiries
Provide feedback and updates for client guideline revisions
Participate in designing workflows to create efficiencies for client accounts and client-specific initiatives, where applicable
Collaborate with coordinators to ensure a smooth workflow for check/payment issuance through accurate data-entry processes
Review and resolve payment-related issues
Perform general administrative tasks such as assigning and uploading incoming mail to claim files
Requirements
Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills in English and French required
