Responsibilities
Provide essential administrative and project support to the Naval Nuclear Submarine Support Engineering team
Manage shared mailboxes and action travel and visitor requests
Support Directors with diary management and travel arrangements
Organise and assist with away days and conferences across multiple locations
Prepare project information packs and documentation for Engineering teams
Provide general administrative and secretarial support to senior stakeholders
Requirements
Proven experience in a fast-paced administration environment
Strong knowledge of office procedures and systems
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both written and verbal
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C or above) or equivalent or NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration or equivalent
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
