About the role

  • Analista de Administração de Pessoal Jr. at Conexa supporting payroll processing and employee benefits inquiries. Focused on ensuring compliance and accuracy in payroll records for a digital health ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Support monthly payroll processing (CLT, PJ and self-employed contractors).
  • Verify variable payroll entries (overtime, premiums, deductions, benefits).
  • Assist with calculations for vacation pay, 13th-month salary, and statutory contributions (INSS, FGTS, IRRF).
  • Execute hiring processes (documentation, registration in the Sinergy system, eSocial).
  • Assist with calculation and verification of terminations/severance.
  • Resolve inconsistencies in electronic time records and support management of the time bank.
  • Support SST events in eSocial (S-2210, S-2220 and S-2240).
  • Execute benefits procurement processes.
  • Provide employee support regarding payroll, vacation and benefits inquiries.
  • Assist in preparing reports and area KPIs.
  • Contribute to process improvements and standardization in the Sinergy system.

Requirements

  • Experience with Personnel/Payroll routines;
  • College degree in progress or completed in HR Management, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • Practical knowledge of payroll, benefits, vacations, terminations and labor charges;
  • Knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation (CLT);
  • Experience with eSocial;
  • Experience with payroll systems;
  • Intermediate Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables);
  • Organized and detail-oriented;
  • Quick thinker with good logical reasoning;
  • Proactive in problem solving;
  • Good communication skills and professional conduct;
  • Interest in technical growth and development;
  • Availability for hybrid work in Vila Olímpia, São Paulo, SP.
