About the role

  • Sales professional managing strategic sales activities in the DACH region for a fintech leader. Focusing on compliance departments of major financial institutions, driving market visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic coordination: planning and executing sales activities in the DACH region
  • Market expansion: increasing our market share and visibility
  • Target group management: focus on compliance departments of large banks, insurance companies, and market supervisory authorities
  • Direct reporting: reporting line to our Global Growth Manager
  • Teamwork: close collaboration with the inside sales team and pre-sales colleagues

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in the financial industry and IT
  • Degree in business administration, economics, or a related field
  • High level of commitment and a structured working approach
  • Collegiality and enjoyment of working in a team
  • Experience engaging with C-level decision-makers
  • Broad, well-founded knowledge base
  • Willingness to travel and international openness
  • Ambition and absolute reliability
  • Excellent English skills
