About the role

  • Salesperson converting qualified leads into clients for a successful Legal Tech firm. Collaborating closely with legal teams in a hybrid work setup.

Responsibilities

  • Phone outreach to qualified leads (no cold calling)
  • Conduct acquisition calls and perform initial qualification of new clients
  • Targeted client acquisition and deal closing
  • Generate enthusiasm among prospective clients for our advisory services
  • Close collaboration with our case management and legal teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales / telephone sales / closing deals
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to close
  • Professional, confident and persuasive telephone manner
  • Clear target orientation and strong performance drive
  • Reliable, structured and independent working style
  • Empathy and strong interpersonal sensitivity
  • Good German language skills, written and spoken
  • Positive attitude toward working with people from migrant backgrounds
