About the role

  • Managing a portfolio of beauty clients to present insights and strategies for sales growth. Leading a team to meet sales targets and build executive relationships in the beauty industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of beauty clients and build strong, executive-level relationships
  • Present strategic, insight-driven narratives to senior leaders
  • Meeting sales targets
  • Identifying growth opportunities
  • Delivering clear, actionable insights that shape client strategies
  • Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred
  • 15+ Years of experience
  • POS and/or Panel software experience required
  • Preferred experience with Unify+
  • CPG or Gen Merch experience required
  • Preferred experience in Beauty
  • Experience leading a team of 5 or more people and managing people managers
  • Ability to travel to New York City by car or train a few days a month to meet with clients
