Handling operational tasks within HR management
Analyzing key HR metrics, deriving HR measures and preparing decision-making materials for management
Establishing and optimizing HR processes and actively working on HR special projects
Initiating and supporting personnel development measures
Supporting the preparation of workforce planning and the HR budget
Requirements
Professional experience in a generalist HR role
Good knowledge of labor/employment law
Strong IT affinity for digital HR applications, including excellent MS Office skills
