Responsibilities

  • Drive the adoption of Avaya's AI-powered Customer Experience solutions
  • Act as a trusted business advisor to customer executives
  • Lead high-level business discovery for CCaaS solutions
  • Participate in product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of the CCaaS competitive landscape
  • Travel across New Jersey as required for sales plans

Requirements

  • 8+ years of successful SLED sales experience
  • Strong preference for prior expertise in CCaaS/SaaS/Cloud contact center market
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to lead strategic discussions with C-level audiences
  • Local New Jersey resident
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
