Responsibilities
Management of insurance policies and quotations (new and renewals);
Requesting purchases of pantry supplies and/or office materials;
Registration and/or adjustments in the travel booking system (Flytour);
Requesting reverse logistics services with the postal service (posting authorization) to facilitate returns of products or materials;
Registration and/or adjustments in the expense reporting system (Paytrack);
Review and/or approval in the expense reporting system (Paytrack);
Credit analysis queries for customers and/or suppliers using the Serasa credit database;
Management of credit cards;
Management of administrative payments (purchase requests/invoice measurements/contract reviews);
Calculation and/or control of commissions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields;
Analytical ability, communication and interpersonal skills, proactivity, results orientation, and a continuous improvement mindset;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel;
Preferred qualifications: experience with ERP Protheus (TOTVS), postgraduate degree or MBA in a relevant area, and experience with BI/Analytics.
