Responsibilities

- 全社営業戦略に基づき、年間・四半期目標の設定および戦略立案を行い、KPI管理とPDCAサイクルを推進する。
- SDRおよびBDR機能の最適化を通じ、効率的なパイプライン創出を実現する。
- Salesforce、HubSpot、その他MAツールを活用し、リード管理、パイプライン構築、レポーティング基盤を整備・改善する。
- セールスプロセスのボトルネックを分析し、効率化・自動化に向けた改善施策を推進する。
- マーケティング部門・フィールドセールス部門と連携し、SLA（Service Level Agreement）に基づいたスムーズな運用体制を構築する。
- マネジメント層への定期的なパフォーマンス報告を行い、データドリブンなインサイトを提供する。
- チームの予算策定・管理を担い、組織運営を最適化する。
Requirements
- 3年以上のマネジメント経験、かつ5名以上のチームメンバーを直接管理した経験
- インサイドセールスまたは関連する営業職での実務経験（目安5年以上）
- Salesforce、HubSpot をはじめとする主要MAツールの深い知識および高度な実務活用経験
- データに基づいた分析力と、戦略的な意思決定を可能にする論理的思考力・問題解決能力
- 他部門・経営層との連携を推進し、組織を巻き込んで成果を出せる高いコミュニケーション能力
