About the role

  • VP B2B position focusing on inside sales and developing B2B client relationships for Vivo. Engaging with various business sectors to drive value and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide B2B customer service, maintaining and growing a B2B client portfolio and closing new business through consultative selling;
  • Present Vivo's portfolio of solutions and serve customers via digital channels (inside sales);
  • Sell Mobile and Fixed Telephony products, IT solutions, advanced technology and value-added services;
  • Monitor channel and portfolio indicators, analyze data and execute commercial actions to meet and exceed targets;
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, identifying blockers, backlogs and pending issues that may impact deal closures;
  • Prepare and monitor daily sales reports;
  • Handle critical situations, maintaining ongoing contact with customers and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office to support commercial routines, controls and daily analyses;
  • Higher education preferred: Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, Management Processes or related fields;
  • Commercial profile with drive to get results, consultative posture and active listening to understand the customer’s real needs;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership mentality, responsibility for your client portfolio and commitment to delivery;
  • Affinity with digital tools, interest in technology and innovation, and ability to learn and work with software and systems;
  • Organized, with planning and discipline; able to prioritize tasks, act with a sense of urgency and complete daily demands;
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn, challenging the status quo, proposing improvements and seeking new solutions;
  • Resilience to face daily commercial challenges, learn from difficulties and turn obstacles into growth;

  • Previous experience selling Telecom products: Mobile and Fixed Telephony, IT solutions, advanced technology and value-added services.
