About the role

  • Werkstudent in Customer Success & Business Development for mjuks, a D2C Lifestyle-Startup in Wien. Responsible for customer management and support within a growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Receive structured professional training in B2B Customer Success & Business Development
  • Take ownership of your own customer portfolio and provide optimal advice
  • Support customers after purchase and retain them as key accounts
  • Assist the Customer Service team with customer support

Requirements

  • Open to an adventure in a young start-up
  • Love learning new things and thrive on challenges
  • Strong communicator and a true team player
  • Confident presence with excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Proactive and happy to take on responsibility
