About the role

  • Office Manager supporting business operations in a digital media company with hybrid working. Responsible for communication, organization, and ensuring smooth office management tasks.

Responsibilities

  • You communicate with our business partners in German and English and keep everyone up to date
  • You act as the interface between management and the team – all threads come together with you
  • Orders, office supplies, or everyday office matters: you know where everything is – and if not, you find out
  • You prepare invoices, statistics, and reports – efficiently and reliably
  • You handle travel expense reports and check that everything is correct
  • You ensure that new colleagues have a perfect start with us

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training and experience in assistance, secretarial work, or office management
  • Work proactively, independently, and in a structured way – you take responsibility without being reminded
  • A natural organizational talent who communicates clearly, kindly, and to the point
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Proficient in MS Office
