About the role

  • Recruitment Analyst conducting selection processes for high volume job openings. Responsibilities include profile understanding, competency interviews, and group dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for conducting high-volume recruitment processes;
  • Gathering and understanding candidate profiles in partnership with the hiring manager/requester, identifying key competencies for the role;
  • Conducting competency-based interviews;
  • Facilitating group assessment exercises (group dynamics);
  • Preparing behavioral evaluation reports;

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (record updated in POL);
  • Reside in São Paulo and have easy access to the NSP or São Caetano sites;
  • Preferred: experience in recruitment and selection;
  • Ability to handle a high volume of open positions;
  • Intermediate Excel;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Flexible and adaptable to change;
  • Organizational skills and problem-solving abilities;
  • Commitment to meeting targets;
  • Preferred: Spanish or English — advanced/ fluent;
