Responsibilities
Concevoir et déployer une stratégie RH pour offrir une expérience collaborateur à forte valeur ajoutée.
Piloter les indicateurs clés de performance RH (turnover, absentéisme, recrutement, satisfaction collaborateurs…).
Manager et accompagner l'équipe RH dans ses missions quotidiennes.

Piloter les procédures disciplinaires dans le respect du cadre légal.
Assurer le suivi des dossiers contentieux en lien avec les conseils juridiques externes.
Anticiper et gérer les risques juridiques liés aux relations individuelles et collectives de travail.
Organiser et piloter les échanges réguliers avec les collaborateurs (entretiens professionnels, guilde managers).
Développer et animer la marque employeur pour attirer les meilleurs profils.
Requirements
Bac+5 en Ressources Humaines, Droit social ou École de commerce avec spécialisation RH
Minimum 5 à 7 ans d'expérience en RH, idéalement acquise en ESN ou agence
Maîtrise du droit du travail et de la convention Syntec
Expérience confirmée en management d'équipe
Connaissance du pilotage et outils RH
Solide culture du contrôle de gestion sociale.
Capacité à fédérer
Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et sens de l'écoute
