About the role

  • B2B Sales Representative helping grow commercial mechanical and building maintenance business. Engage with clients, meet sales targets, and build relationships with decision-makers.

Responsibilities

  • Find and pursue new commercial customers such as property managers, building owners, and facility managers
  • Make cold calls, door-knock, and visit commercial and industrial sites
  • Introduce AFS services and identify customer needs
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable service solutions
  • Follow up on quotes, negotiate pricing, and close deals

Requirements

  • Strong interest in sales and relationship-building
  • Willingness to learn technical services (training provided)
  • High school diploma (Grade 12)
  • Comfortable using CRM or basic tracking tools
  • Familiarity with the Edmonton market is an asset
